Day 3: Medical Check-up and Permit Procurement
- Undergo a mandatory medical check-up to ensure fitness for the trek.

Day 4: Arrival at Tilat Do Campsite

Day 5: Trek from Tilat Do to Shingra Yokma

Day 6: Trek from Shingra Yokma to Tsomo

Day 7: Downhill Trek from Tsomo to Shingra Yokma

Day 8: Downhill Trek to Tilat Do and Transfer to Leh
